    Well there are 4 instructions see pic so would seem easy to suss out take 5 min to look at the unpacked machine this makes it easy to work out where things go,You get an Allen key bit short and fidly as catches on foam while tightning up so if you have a long set of Allen keys make job easier, from opening box to full assembly 30min tried straight away to make sure I've done it right 20 plus crunches just a test run,but you can really feel it ,I looked at a few but this one good reviews good price and 5stars so far ,

      I put together in about 15 minutes. There are no clear step by step instructions, so I looked at the screws, the two pins (one is shorter than the other) and saw where they all fit. That’s it. Build, The machine is put together. Size, I’m 5’ 10” size is good for me. Workout raises heart rate. Weight, I’m 70 and 185lbs. Luckily I have other pieces of home gym equipment and try to stay physically fit. Value , everything is built in China, the plastic parts and the foam will break down soon, but that’s what we live with today. All in all, I think it’s a good investment.
